To counteract a dry, tight complexion, nourishing your skin from the inside and out will help to retain much-needed hydration. Here are our top tips to care for dry skin:
- Increase your water intake (aim for around 2 litres of water daily)
- Apply moisture-rich skincare, your skin will look and feel noticeably plumper, hydrated and smooth.
- When choosing skincare, opt for products that will moisturise your skin on a deep level and restore lost oils.
- Richer, creamier consistencies in skin products and frequent moisturising throughout the day will help to repair dry, flaky skin.
