Our keen road-testers.
Three women of different ages and skincare histories — are currently on track towards early signs of success. Each has her own unique story to share, but one sentiment is common. When we disconnect from our busy lives to take a moment to surrender to self-care, oddly one of the first reactions may be to question the time we spend on ourselves. Do we deserve it? Much more than a guilty pleasure, self-care means being receptive to our deepest needs and overall wellbeing. In replenishing and reconnecting with our ‘best me’, we can become more mindful and give even more to others.

Sarah

Sarah

In her early thirties, Sarah is our youngest road-tester. Not overly concerned about ageing, Sarah likes to experiment with skincare but hasn’t formed any long-term commitments as yet. Hydration, texture and pigmentation are her primary focus.

What have you noticed about your skin?
The texture has improved greatly. My skin appears and feels much smoother, even when wearing make-up. It also looks much clearer and is far less congested.

Is this the same or different to your main concern when the trial started?
These benefits are in addition to my main concerns.

What have you found when using the products, and the routine?
At the beginning, it was quite an adjustment to go from my usual cleansing and moisturising regime to a 6—7 step routine twice daily. For me it was about being more organised in the morning and taking the time. Once I began to notice results, I really started to enjoy the process.

What is your favourite product to use and why?
The AHA Renewal Cleansing Gel. My skin always feels so clean and clear after use and I love the texture.

How have others responded to your results, perceived or otherwise?
Several of my friends and family have said my skin looks really bright and clear.

Any other information or recollections from the last few weeks that stand out?
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the weekly treatments and always leave the spa feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Some people can view this as an indulgence when, really, looking after yourself should never be seen as a luxury.

Kendall

A busy mum who believes that investing in ethically sourced skincare is part of the bigger picture of wellness. Kendall noticed the greatest changes to her skin quality since having children and usually keeps her beauty routine simple.

Kendall

What have you noticed about your skin?
While I can’t necessarily feel the increased hydration, the overall tone and texture has improved so much that I often feel like I don’t need to wear any makeup during the day.

Is this the same or different to your main concern when the trial started?
It’s different. I thought I’d feel the change in hydration more than see it, but I’m excited about the outcome.

What have you found when using the products, and the routine?
I’ve enjoyed the routine at home but admit to finding the mask a bit challenging. For the life of me, I can’t work out how to gommage my face — I’m in the remedial category as far as that skill goes!

What is your favourite product to use and why?
I enjoy the treatment serums, the moisturiser and eye cream.

How have others responded to your results, perceived or otherwise?
I haven’t had anyone particularly comment on the results.

Any other information or recollections from the last few weeks that stand out?
I’ve discovered that the favourite part of the facial is one of the most basic. My jaw and forehead are two areas of high stress for me, so sharing that and then having the massage focussed especially on these areas is really lovely.

Janette

Janette

Now proudly 50, Janette is a skincare enthusiast who loves sun, sport and serums. She has adopted a proactive, anti-ageing skincare regimen since her twenties, regularly investing in facials and treatments. In recent years, she’s experienced visible changes to her skin due to menopause.

What have you noticed about your skin?
My skin feels so much more hydrated, lines on my forehead and under the eyes have decreased, and the overall texture looks more even and feels plumper. It’s great — I feel like I don’t need to wear as much make-up.

Is this the same or different to your main concern when the trial started?
I was really focussed on fine lines, especially around my eyes and forehead, and can certainly notice a difference. I didn’t realise that the overall improvement in my skin texture would be so noticeable. It actually makes me feel younger, fresher.

What have you found when using the products, and the routine?
My skin always feels hydrated — never that tight, dry feeling which I’ve had from some other brands. I’ve also made a big shift in my habits as to how much product to use. Only a few drops of serum, and two pumps of the Peptide Moisturiser, and my face and neck are completely covered.

What is your favourite product to use and why?
I really love the texture of the Peptide 8 Hyaluronic Serum and the Peptide Firming Moisturiser. Feels great as soon as you put it on your face, you can feel it sink in and hydrate the skin. My other fave is the SPF50+. Nice and light, without that heavy, greasy feeling like some other face sun protection.

How have others responded to your results, perceived or otherwise?
My mum hadn’t seen me for two weeks and the first thing she did was comment on how good my skin looked. I’ve been getting so many compliments from friends asking what I’m using and people constantly saying how great my skin looks. With the results I’ve experienced in such a short amount of time, I am definitely now a loyal New Age customer.

Any other information or recollections from the last few weeks that stand out?
My skin feels great day and night — always hydrated, plump and smooth. Being so busy at the moment, I wouldn’t have allowed myself the time to stop and have a treatment, but I guess that is the best time to have treatment! I use the time to disconnect and recharge.

Will our trio continue to sustain this visible level of renewal?
Keep updated on their progress in the weeks ahead as endota’s New Age road-testers steer their way towards more youthful skin.

The New Age™ Light Therapy Facial

Combining the latest in skin technology and New Age product, with our nurturing calming spa environment, a New Age™ Light Therapy facial will see you gain a beautiful new complexion and an expert insight into your skin’s individual needs.

The New Age™ Light Therapy Facial

How does it work?

Sit back and relax whilst wearing one our purpose built masks which rests on the face to allow the maximum permeation of active light photons. Through the expert use of Lightfusion™ LED technology, your skin receives two wavelengths of light, red and near infra-red light. These two wavelengths have been shown repeatedly in clinical studies to be absorbed by cells, stimulating ATP, the energy source of the cell. This promotes a cascade of cellular responses that stimulate collagen and elastin production and improve blood and tissue oxygenation, helping skin cells absorb topical skincare products. In addition, red and near infrared light helps reduce inflammation, accelerate wound healing and helps reduce pigmentation.

What will it do for my skin?

Just as a deep cleansing facial leaves skin feeling clean and pure, and a moisturising facial leaves skin generously hydrated, a light therapy facial stimulates the skin’s surface to help it regain lost luminosity. A New Age™ Light Therapy facial, administered by one of our professional therapists, is clinically proven to stimulate collagen production, increase skin elasticity, promote greater blood flow and tissue regeneration. The stimulation of collagen production is key when it comes to softening the unwanted signs of ageing. Collagen is the protein responsible for sustaining the structure of our organs, and our skin is the body’s largest organ. The older we are, the less collagen we produce. That’s why a Lightfusion™ therapy is like a cellular wake up call that causes a major boost of collagen production. It takes only one session to notice fuller, plumper skin. You will see an improvement in pigmentation and show a naturally brighter, luminous appearance.
