Performed by a qualified therapist for mums-to-be in their second or third trimester, this prenatal massage helps to alleviate discomfort, calm your mind and deeply relax. Your treatment begins with a consultation to understand your comfort levels and any areas needing extra care. Using safe, nurturing techniques and supportive positioning, your therapist will apply light to medium pressure to release tension through the back, hips and legs. You’ll leave feeling more comfortable, relaxed and connected to your changing body.
