Treatments in the Treatment series are discounted by 20% when 5 treatments are paid for up front, as a buy 4 and get 5 offer. All 5 treatments inclusive of your free treatment must be of the same service protocol, time and value. You acknowledge at the time of purchasing a Treatment series that you receive a discounted price not available when post-paying for individual treatments. Treatment series cannot be purchased in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Treatment series must be paid in full prior to the commencement of your first treatment. All prepaid Treatment series expire 12 months from date of purchase. Refunds will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law but are not provided for change of mind. You may be entitled to an exchange or refund of a product or service where it is: • faulty; • substantially unfit for its specified purpose and cannot be remedied within a reasonable timeframe; • unsafe or creates an unsafe situation; or • significantly different from its description/sample. Series are not transferable between endota spa locations or individuals. Standard cancellation policy applies. At least 24 hours notice must be given should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. You acknowledge and agree to these terms by purchasing a prepaid Treatment series.
