double chocolate tahini brownies

ingredients
- 3/4 cup tahini
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup monk fruit sweetener or brown sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 2 Tbsp almond flour (can substitute with any flour)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 140g dark chocolate chips
method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together all wet ingredients, then follow with the dry ingredients.
- Fold through the dark chocolate chips.
- Transfer to a lined square baking dish and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Serve warm.
