What is included in a full body massage?

Our full body massages are designed to nurture your entire body, from head to toe, using techniques that relieve tension and promote balance. Please note bust and glute areas are not included in our full body relaxation massages.

How experienced are your staff?

All endota therapists are fully qualified in massage techniques and committed to supporting your wellbeing.

Can I request focus on a certain area that is causing me pain?

Yes. Your therapist will consider and accommodate any areas of discomfort or stress where possible. For a more personalised experience, we recommend booking a Customised Massage, which is designed to support your individual needs.

Why should I choose endota for a full body massage?

Our treatments combine expert techniques with a nurturing environment to support your mind, body and skin.

What should I wear to my full body treatment at endota?

We recommend that you wear clothing that makes you feel comfortable getting to and from the spa. Underwear is left on for full body massages and jewellery is often removed. Your therapist will also give further guidance on how to prepare at the start of your treatment.

Are endota full body treatments suitable during pregnancy?

Some treatments, like our Pregnancy Massage, can be adapted for pregnancy after the first trimester, while our Pregnant Pause treatment is designed to support you throughout your entire pregnancy. Please contact your local endota spa for advice and share your news with us when you book, or click here to learn more about pregnancy massage and its benefits.

How long do endota full body treatments last?

Treatment times vary per spa, but most full body massages range from 60 to 90 minutes. Visit your local spa page to discover what treatments and durations are offered.

What is endota's cancellation policy?

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please note that cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value.

Are endota full body treatments suitable if I live with allergies, cancer or a medical condition?

Please let us know at the time of booking if you live with any allergies, cancer or any other medical conditions. Most of the time, your therapist will be able to adapt your treatment to suit your needs, however some limitations do apply. We recommend contacting your local spa for advice.
