This 100% silicone cupping set features different sized cups to suit various parts of your face, neck and décolletage, that can help bring about a brighter, healthier-looking complexion.

the ritual

Start by cleansing your skin and applying 3-4 drops of an endota face oil. Choose the cup size based on the area you’re targeting – and apply it to the skin to create gentle suction. Glide it in an outward direction (or downwards, if you’re cupping your neck area). 

Remember to clean your cups after use by washing them with hot, soapy water, rinsing with warm water and then letting them air dry on a clean surface – before returning them to their waterproof pouch.

Start with 5-minute sessions, no more than 3 times a week. Avoid facial cupping if: 

- You’re prone to broken capillaries 
- You’re on blood-thinning medication 
- You have open sores, warts or acne 
- You’ve had Botox or fillers in the past 2 weeks.
