Bring home the tool used by professionals to support full-body lymphatic massage techniques, boosting skin elasticity and helping to reduce the appearance of cellulite.Â

If you’ve ever seen a professional therapist for a lymphatic massage, you’re likely to have felt the soothing, gentle-yet-firm strokes of a gua sha on your body. It’s a tool that’s been used for thousands of years to help the body look and feel healthier, firmer and full of vitality. Now you can use this body gua sha in your own home too.Â
Moving the gua sha along your body’s lymphatic pathways can help it to dispel toxins, cleanse the body of damaged cells and reduce puffiness. This form of body sculpting massage is also thought to boost your body’s qi – or vital energy – and soothe tension, knots and pain. As you feel your energy flow more freely, using your gua sha might also help increase collagen production, improving your skin’s elasticity and firmness and reducing the visibility of cellulite.Â
With this body contouring gua sha, you’re able to experience the benefits of lymphatic massage as part of your at-home treatment.Â
the ritual

Back: Using an endota body oil, slide the gua sha downwards on each side of your back, repeating 3 times.Â
Legs: Using an endota body oil, slide the gua sha up from your ankle to the top of your thigh, on both the front and back of your leg (repeat 3 times).Â
Remember to clean your gua sha after use by washing it with warm, soapy water, rinsing and then drying with a clean cloth before returning it to its cotton pouch.Â
