Your therapist will begin with the Signature Journey, using gentle essential oil inhalations to help you settle and ground. You’ll then enjoy a flowing massage using a combination of massage oil and body moisturiser with light pressure to soften tightness and support a calmer nervous system. A soothing face and scalp massage completes your treatment, leaving you feeling peaceful, balanced and deeply restored.
