Movement has always been an important part of Alana's life. After completing her Cert III and IV in Sydney, Alana began coaching clients and gaining experience in all things strength and wellness. Eventually, she traded the city life for the beautiful beaches of Byron Bay, where she's had the opportunity to help hundreds of clients move better, get stronger and feel more connected to their bodies. For Alana, it's not just about fitness. It’s about creating a close-knit community, building confidence and empowering people to live well. She brings energy, warmth and a whole lot of heart to all of her personal training sessions.
