Our very first day spa has been relocated to a stunning architectural landmark at 253 Ponsonby Rd. The custom built spa takes the lower garden floor, with 5 treatment rooms including a couples suite, 3 pedicure/2 mani stations and relax area looking out to the garden, and is a stylish haven for relaxation.

From the moment you step inside from the vibrancy of Ponsonby Road, your escape begins. As you descend via stairs (or lift) to the spa, you know you’ve come to a tranquil haven. Offering all the essentials of relaxation and rejuvenation, with facials, anti-ageing treatments, massage and beauty maintenance waxing, manicures and pedicures, we’ve got you covered. It’s also the ideal place to come as a couple for some me-time in our couples suite with a massage or facial, or a girls day out. A luxe new semi-industrial feel, and the same Forme Spa values of delivering a WOW experience.

Street parking is generally available, and there is also the Pompalier Terrace carpark in very close vicinity with affordable parking currently $1/hour.
