GC are non-refundable and cannot be reissued. GC cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. endota reserves the right to change services without notice. GC must be presented in spa upon arrival. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee being charged. GC are not valid for treatments on a public holiday. All 5 treatments inclusive of your free treatment must be of the same service protocol, time and value. You acknowledge at the time of purchasing a Treatment series that you receive a discounted price not available when post-paying for individual treatments.
