endota Massage FAQs

endota massage FAQs

How early should I arrive for my massage appointment?

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your massage. This allows you time to relax in our lounge, enjoy a calming cup of organic tea, and begin your experience feeling centred and at ease.

Where are endota spas located?

endota spas can be found across Australia’s major cities, making it easy to book a massage near you. Explore our massage experiences in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. We’re also located across Adelaide, Perth, Hobart, New Zealand and Bangkok, so you can find a massage that suits you at home or on holiday.

Can I claim a health fund rebate for my massage at endota?

Only our Remedial Massage treatments are eligible for a health fund rebate, and this depends on both the cover you have with your health insurance, and which health funds your remedial therapist has provider numbers with. We recommend contacting your local endota spa to confirm availability before booking. Learn more about our rebates and HICAPS.

Can I request a specific massage therapist?

Yes. When booking online, you’ll have the option to select your preferred therapist. If you’re booking in-spa or over the phone, simply let us know your choice and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Can I combine different massage styles in one session?

For a truly personalised experience, we recommend booking a Customised Massage. Many of our therapists are trained in multiple massage modalities and may combine techniques for a relaxation massage that is tailored to your needs. Pressure can be customised from light to firm; however, deep tissue is only available by booking a Remedial Massage. Please keep in mind that only our Remedial Massage is eligible for a health fund rebate.

What amenities are available before and after my massage?

Before your treatment, enjoy our relaxation lounge and a cup of organic tea. After your massage, you’ll leave feeling restored, with a take-home list of product recommendations curated by your therapist to extend your results.

How can I find my local endota spa?

The easiest way to find a massage near you is through our Spa Locator. Simply enter your suburb or postcode to discover your closest endota location, or explore our most popular city pages for Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, and Hobart.

What types of massages does endota offer?

Our menu includes relaxation, remedial, pregnancy, hot stone, and customised massage treatments, each designed to reduce stress, ease tension, and restore balance. You can view the full range of massage treatments at your nearest endota spa.
