By registering as a member of endota haven® or by redeeming any endota haven® Member Benefits, you agree to be bound by, and your participation in the endota haven® program will be governed by, these terms and conditions. In these terms and conditions, references to: "we", "our" and "us" are references to endota and references to "you" and "your" are references to the individual who has registered as an endota haven® member, or who has sought to earn, access or use any Member Benefits.


1. What is endota haven®?

   1.1. endota haven® is a program owned, operated and administered by endota (No. 1) Pty Ltd (A.C.N. 107 095 983) ("endota"). You must be a member of the endota spa haven® program to redeem endota haven® offers.

   1.2. endota haven® is our online community. It consists of a network of inspirational, like-minded people sharing real-life stories to guide you toward nurturing self-care. After you join endota haven®, we will inform you about events, products and Offers about skincare, beauty, and wellness advice.

2. How to become an endota haven® member

   2.1. To become an endota haven® member, you must be an individual, have a current Australian residential address and complete the registration process on our Website http://cloud.e.endota.com.au/join_haven in one of our spas or at one of our affiliated events.

   2.2. If you do not wish to register to become a member, then you may not be able to take advantage of any endota haven® Member Benefits.

   2.3. There is no joining fee or any ongoing annual fee to become or remain an endota haven® member.

   2.4. We reserve the right to refuse your application for membership or cancel your membership at any time for any reason.

   2.5. Membership is non-transferable.

   2.6. It is your responsibility to keep your personal details updated. To update your details, you must complete an updated registration form at http://cloud.e.endota.com.au/join_haven with your new details or you can call the endota spa support centre on (03) 5971 8700. If you do not keep your personal details up to date, we may not be able to offer or provide you with any endota haven® Member Benefits, and we may need to cancel your membership.


3. Promotions

   3.1. From time to time, you may be invited to participate in promotions in one of our spas. Participation in these promotions may be subject to certain terms and conditions. Terms and conditions applicable to a promotion will prevail over these terms and conditions to the extent of any inconsistency between them.


4. Other Member Benefits

   4.1. You may qualify for other promotions, special benefits and exclusive Offers from us and endota haven® Program Affiliates which we may offer or enable as part of the endota haven® program from time to time.

   4.2. From time to time, Member Benefits may include endota haven® providing you with exclusive personalised Offers based on your individual profile. These Member Benefits will only be available to you.

   4.3. We may specify exclusions and conditions (including qualifying spend and offer duration) for particular Member Benefits and we may change these from time to time.

   4.4. Other Members Benefits may include:
   a) endota haven® member-only discounts, newsletters and automatic entry into prize draw competitions which may be run from time to time; and:
   b) discounts, exclusive Offers and personalised Offers from members of the endota haven® program and selected endota haven® Program Affiliates.


5. Privacy Policy (reference)

   We will collect, hold, use and disclose your Personal Information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988, the Australian Privacy Principles and our privacy policy (see https://endotaspa.com.au/privacy-policy). You should read and understand our privacy policy in full before joining endota haven®.


6. By becoming a member of endota haven®, you:

   a) Consent to receiving Offers and promotional material from third parties (but you may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to customercare@endota.com.au;

   b) Request to be contacted in relation to promotions or Offers, using the particular method (e.g. phone, email or SMS) specified by you on your membership application form; and c) (Unless you have opted out on your membership application form) request and consent to us and our associated persons or businesses sending you marketing/promotional material.


7. Changes to Program, Rules and Offers

   7.1. We reserve the right to, at any time and from time to time and without prior notice to you, make changes to the endota haven® program and the policies and procedures concerning the manner in which Member Benefits can be awarded or redeemed.

   7.2. We may also, at any time and from time to time and after 14 days’ notice on the Website make changes to these terms and conditions.


8. Third party Offers

   8.1. Your membership in the endota haven® program may from time to time give you an opportunity to access third party Offers.

   8.2. Notwithstanding that you may access third party Offers via your membership of the endota haven® program, you acknowledge and agree that third party Offers are not offered or provided by us and that, subject to the Australian Consumer Law and to the extent otherwise permitted by law, we have no liability whatsoever to you in relation to third party Offers, even though you may access third party Offers, via the Website and/or via other materials provided to you by us or our franchisees.

   8.3. You acknowledge that third party Offers may be subject to terms and conditions of a third party supplier and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

   8.4. Third party Offers may require a payment of a fee to a third party provider of the relevant third party Offer and this may require entry of your credit card details for this purpose. If you choose to take up the third party Offer requiring your credit card details, then you acknowledge that you enter your credit card details at your own risk.


9. Opting out of the program

   9.1. If at any time you do not wish to receive third party Offers or Member Benefits from us or endota haven® Program Affiliates, then you can call our support centre on (03) 5971 8700 or simply click the unsubscribe link on an email that you have received from us. 


10. Definitions

   10.1.Application Form means the form in which a Client’s personal details are recorded in relation to connecting with us and the endota haven® program.

   10.2. Client means a person using our services.

   10.3. endota haven® program means the planned and created initiative by us and represented in a series of promotions and electronic digital communications using the endota haven® title

   10.4. endota haven® Program Affiliates means selected persons or third-party businesses or companies attached and or established with us and part of the endota haven® program.

   10.5. Member Benefits means special benefits including Offers, promotions or discounts that may be available to members of the endota haven® program from time to time.

   10.6.Offer means an exclusive promotion of adjusted value, or otherwise, to select Clients via the endota haven® program.

   10.7.Website means www.endota.com.au and its content.
