To minimise the appearance of excess oil, the key is to keep your complexion balanced. Here are some of our top tips to do so:
- When choosing skincare, opt for products that are both water-based, so you don’t inadvertently add more oil to your skin, and are non comedogenic, to avoid clogging your pores.
- Choose skincare that has a lightweight consistency to keep your skin hydrated, without making it feel greasy.
- A double cleanse is recommended at night to remove excess oil and pollutants.
- Sleeping on a silk pillowcase is a great way to limit bacteria exposure. Ensure you're washing it frequently.
